Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Highway Fresh, we are committed to delivering the authentic and fresh products to your doorstep in the safest packaging possible.

1. Where We Deliver

Local Delivery: We offer same-day or next-day delivery for customers in pin codes: 782402.

2. Processing Time

Since we prioritize freshness, we do not stock old packets.

Order Processing: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3 hours of confirmation of order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is within the day if ordered before 11AM. After that, the delivery may take one day and shall be delivered within one day, maximum. For places within 500m of the shop, order shall be delivered within 2 hours.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may very without prior notice.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹5 applies to orders below ₹ 500/-.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹3000/-.
Weight-Based: Heavy bulk orders (above 10kg) may attract a surcharge based on actual courier weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment live.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or crushed, please do not accept it. Ask the delivery to mark it as "Damaged" and return it in entirety. If any item is found missing, return will not be accepted.
