These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Highway Fresh's Website, located at https://freshhighway.com. By accessing this website and ordering our products, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Products and Pricing

  • Nature of Goods: We sell perishable food items having limited expiry. Due to the nature of these products, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur between batches. This is natural for authentic, preservative-free products.

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability or unserviceable area, unserviceable pincode).

  • Payment: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment partner.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for specific areas. If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer from future orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeline: We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes one working days depending on your location.

  • Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. Highway Fresh is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, natural calamities, or strikes.

  • Damaged Goods: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person immediately and contact us.

4. Returns and Refunds (Important)

  • Perishable Goods Policy: Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food products once delivered, unless the packet was torn/damaged before delivery.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only processed if:

    1. You receive a wrong item.

    2. The package was lost in transit.

    3. The product was expired upon receipt.

    • Note: Video proof of unboxing is mandatory for claiming refunds on damaged/missing items.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by in the online store during processing state.

  • Once the order has been "Shipped," it cannot be canceled.

6. Limitation of Liability

Highway Fresh shall not be held responsible for any health issues arising from allergies to specific ingredients (e.g., coconut oil, specific spices, etc.). Please read the ingredient label on the packet carefully before consumption.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
